Place and track smart home device orders
Learn how to shop on the HeyZack storefront, apply partner credits at checkout, and track your orders through every stage of fulfilment.
Ordering devices through the HeyZack Partner Portal is a two-step process: you shop on the HeyZack Shopify storefront and then monitor each order's progress from the Orders page. This guide walks you through both steps, including how to apply your available partner credit to reduce the amount due at checkout.
Place an order
Open the storefront
Go to the Orders page and click Shop Now in the top-right corner. The HeyZack storefront opens in a new tab. You are signed in automatically — no separate login is required.
Note
SSO signs you in using your Partner Portal credentials. If the storefront does not load correctly, refresh the tab and try again.
Browse and add items to your cart
Browse the available smart home products — Door Lock, Security Camera, Motion Sensor, Smart Home Hub, Window Sensor, and Smart Doorbell — and add the items and quantities you need to your cart.
Apply partner credit at checkout (optional)
Before completing checkout, generate a discount code from the Dashboard (see Using partner credit below) and paste it into the discount code field in your Shopify cart. The credit amount is deducted from your order total automatically.
Complete checkout
Review your order summary and confirm the purchase. Your order will appear on the Orders page shortly after it is processed, with the status Pending.
Track an order
All orders you place through the storefront are visible on the Orders page. To check the status of a specific order:
Open the Orders page
Navigate to Orders in the left-hand sidebar.
Find your order
Use the search bar to enter the order ID or item name, or use the status filter to narrow the list.
View order details
Click View Details on any order row to open a panel showing the full order information: order ID, item name, quantity, total amount, ordered date, and — if the order has been delivered — the delivery date.
Order status lifecycle
Orders move through the following stages:
Pending → Approved → Delivered

Cancelled| Status | Meaning |

| Pending | Order submitted; waiting for payment confirmation |
| Approved | Payment confirmed; order is being prepared for shipment |
| Delivered | Order fulfilled and shipped to you |
| Cancelled | Order voided, refunded, or cancelled before fulfilment |
Warning
Once an order reaches Delivered status it cannot be modified. Contact your HeyZack account manager if you have a delivery issue or need to initiate a return.
Using partner credit
Partner credit is a balance the portal applies as a discount against your Shopify order total. You generate a coupon code from the Dashboard and paste it at checkout.
Open the Dashboard
Navigate to the Dashboard in the left-hand sidebar.
Open the Available Credit card
Locate the Available Credit card. It shows your current credit balance in EUR. Click it to open the credit application panel.
Enter your cart total and credit amount
Enter the total value of your Shopify cart and the amount of credit you want to apply. The portal calculates the remaining amount due after the credit is deducted.
Generate the coupon code
Click Apply Credit. The system generates a discount coupon code tied to your account and displays it on screen.
Tip
Copy the coupon code before leaving the Dashboard — it is displayed only once per request.
Continue to checkout
Click Continue to checkout. This opens your Shopify cart. Paste the coupon code into the discount field and complete your purchase. The credit amount is applied immediately to reduce the total due.
Note
Partner credit reflects your tier discount and any promotional credits added by HeyZack. Your available balance updates after each order is processed.
