The HeyZack Partner Portal uses email and password authentication. This page covers everything related to accessing your account: signing in, recovering a forgotten password, setting your permanent password on first login, and understanding common sign-in errors.

Sign in with email and password

1

Open the sign-in page

Navigate to the HeyZack Partner Portal sign-in page. You’ll see a form with fields for your email address and password.
2

Enter your email and password

Type your registered email address and password. Click the eye icon to the right of the password field to toggle visibility if you need to check what you’ve typed.
3

Click Sign in

Click Sign In. If your credentials are correct, you’ll be redirected to the dashboard.
The portal keeps you signed in automatically. You don’t need to sign in again each time you open it on the same device, unless you sign out or your session expires.

Reset your password on first login

When HeyZack creates your account, you receive a temporary password. The portal detects this on your first sign-in and prompts you to set a permanent password before you can access the dashboard.
1

Sign in with your temporary password

Use the email address and temporary password from your welcome email to sign in as normal.
2

Follow the password change prompt

After signing in, the portal displays a prompt asking you to set a new password. This step is required — you cannot skip it.
3

Choose a new password

Enter a new password of at least 8 characters and confirm it. Click Save to apply the change.
4

Continue to the dashboard

Once your new password is saved, the portal takes you to the dashboard. Use your new password for all future sign-ins.
Do not share your temporary password with anyone. Set your permanent password as soon as you receive your welcome email.

Forgot your password

If you can’t remember your password, you can request a reset link from the sign-in page.
1

Click 'Forgot password'

On the sign-in page, click the Forgot password link below the Sign In button.
2

Enter your email address

On the Forgot Password page, type the email address associated with your partner account and click Send Reset Instructions.
3

Check your email

The portal sends a password reset email to that address. Open the email and click the reset link inside. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
4

Set a new password

The reset link opens a page where you can enter and confirm a new password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long. Click Reset Password to save it.
5

Sign in with your new password

After a successful reset, the portal redirects you back to the sign-in page. Sign in with your new password.
The reset link in your email is single-use and expires after a short time. If it no longer works, go back to the Forgot Password page and request a new one.

Change your password from Settings

If you’re already signed in and want to update your password, you can do this from your account settings without going through the forgot-password flow.
  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Go to the Password tab.
  3. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
  4. Click Save changes.
Your new password takes effect immediately. Use it the next time you sign in.

Getting help

If you’re locked out and none of the above steps resolve the issue, contact your HeyZack account manager. They can verify your account status and assist with access.
If you manage multiple team members, remind them to set their permanent passwords promptly after receiving their welcome emails. Accounts with temporary passwords are more vulnerable if those emails are forwarded or accessed by others.
