The Reports section is where you analyze the health and performance of your partner business. Every metric draws from live data in your account — installations you have scheduled and completed, revenue your handymen have generated, and feedback your customers have submitted. Use these reports to spot trends, identify gaps, and make decisions backed by data rather than guesswork. Select Reports from the left sidebar to open the section. The page loads with the Installations tab active and the Last 30 days date range selected by default.

Choosing a date range

The date range selector sits at the top of the Reports page and applies to all five report tabs. You can switch ranges at any time and each tab updates instantly.
Shows data for the current calendar day only. Useful for monitoring same-day installation progress and activity.

Report categories

The Reports page is organized into five tabs. Each tab focuses on a different dimension of your business.
Tracks every installation in your account — total count, completion rate, average job duration, and pending backlog. Includes daily trend charts and a breakdown by device type. See Installation performance reports for details.
Ranks each handyman by installations completed, star rating, average response time, number of certifications held, and revenue generated. Includes a skill-level radar chart across key categories such as smart locks, cameras, thermostats, and network setup.
Shows product stock levels, order history, and device usage across your installations. Useful for planning upcoming orders and identifying which products see the highest demand.
Breaks down revenue by source — partner revenue, product sales, and service fees — alongside profit margins by category, payment collection aging, and a partner commission summary table. See Financial reports for details.
Displays your Net Promoter Score (NPS), average customer rating, survey response rate, and issue resolution rate. Includes NPS trend lines, satisfaction scores by installation type, and a weekly feedback sentiment breakdown. Refreshing report data

Select the Refresh button in the top-right corner of the Reports page to reload the current tab with the latest data from your account. This is useful if you have recently completed installations or if you want to confirm that newly submitted customer feedback has been captured.
Data in all report tabs reflects your partner account only. You see metrics for your own installations, handymen, and customers — not data from other partners.

Exporting reports

Select the Export button to download report data. Exports are available in PDF, Excel, and CSV formats depending on the report type.

Set your date range

Choose the date range that covers the period you want to export before clicking Export.

Select the correct tab

Navigate to the report tab you want to export — for example, Financial or Installations.

Click Export

Select Export in the top-right corner. The file downloads automatically to your browser’s default download location.
Export financial data at the end of each month to maintain consistent records for accounting and partner reviews.
