You can change your Partner Portal password at any time from the Settings page. The portal uses your current password to verify your identity before accepting a new one, so you always need access to your existing credentials to complete the process.

Changing your password

Open Settings

Select Settings in the left sidebar to open the Settings page.

Open the password form

In the Security card, click Change Password. This reveals the password fields below the section header. Click the button again at any time to collapse the form and discard any unsaved input.

Enter your current password

Type your existing password in the Current Password field. Use the eye icon on the right to toggle visibility if needed.

Enter a new password

Type your new password in the New Password field. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and must be different from your current password.

Confirm the new password

Re-enter your new password in the Confirm New Password field to make sure there are no typos.

Save the new password

Click Update Password. The portal validates all fields and, if everything checks out, updates your password immediately. The form closes automatically on success.

Password requirements

Your new password must meet all of the following:
  • At least 8 characters long
  • Different from your current password
The portal checks these requirements before sending any request. If a field fails validation, you will see a specific error message explaining what needs to be corrected.
If you enter an incorrect current password, the update will fail and your password will not change. Double-check that you are typing your current credentials before submitting.

Forgot your password

If you cannot sign in because you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page. The portal will send a reset link to your registered email address. Follow the instructions in that email to set a new password, then sign in as normal.

First-login password reset

When HeyZack activates a new partner account, you receive an invitation with temporary credentials. The portal prompts you to set a new password the first time you sign in. Complete that prompt before accessing any other part of the portal — you cannot skip it.
If you did not receive your invitation email or the reset link has expired, contact HeyZack support to request a new one.

Security recommendations

Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on other services. A password manager makes it easy to generate and store complex passwords without having to remember them.
Avoid using easily guessable information such as company names, dates, or common words. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password immediately and contact HeyZack support.
