Lead priority levels
Every lead has a priority that signals how urgently it should be worked. Priorities are displayed as colour-coded badges throughout the portal.| Priority | Badge colour | When to use |
|---|---|---|
| High (Haute) | Red | Leads that need immediate attention or are at risk of going cold |
| Medium (Moyenne) | Yellow | Leads that are active but not urgent |
| Low (Basse) | Green | Leads that are in early stages or have a longer timeline |
Lead sources
The Source field records how a lead was originated. The list of available sources is loaded dynamically from your account configuration, so the options you see reflect the channels your organisation tracks (for example, referrals, website enquiries, trade shows, or direct outreach). If you need a new source added to the list, contact your account administrator.Searching and filtering
The search bar and status filter at the top of the Leads page work together to help you find specific leads quickly.- Search — Type any part of a customer name, contact number, or location. Results update as you type.
- Status filter — Select a status from the dropdown to show only leads at that stage. Select All Leads to clear the filter.
Using Kanban view
Kanban view displays your pipeline as a set of columns, one for each status. Each lead appears as a card showing the customer name, location, priority badge, deal value, and quote count.Review your columns
Each column represents one status. The column header shows the status name and the number of leads in that stage.
Move a lead
Drag a lead card from its current column and drop it onto the target column. The lead’s status updates immediately to match the column it was dropped into.
The search bar and status filter also apply in Kanban view. If you have a status filter active, only the matching column is populated with leads.
