The Settings page lets you keep your partner account information up to date. You can edit your company name, address, and phone number at any time. Changes take effect as soon as you save them, and they are reflected across the portal immediately.
Finding Settings
Select Settings in the left sidebar navigation to open the Settings page. The General section is visible by default when you arrive — you do not need to navigate to a separate tab.
Editable profile fields
The Company Profile card contains the fields you can update:

| Company Name | The name of your partner business as registered with HeyZack |
| Address | Your company’s physical or mailing address |
| Phone | A contact phone number for your business |
All three fields accept free-form text. The Address field is a multi-line text area, so you can enter a full postal address across multiple lines.
Your Email address is displayed on the profile form but cannot be changed through the portal. To update your registered email, contact HeyZack support directly.
Saving your changes
Open Settings
Select Settings in the left sidebar.
Edit one or more fields
Update your Company Name, Address, or Phone as needed. You can change any combination of these fields in a single save.
Click Save Changes
Click the Save Changes button in the bottom-right corner of the Company Profile card to apply your edits.
If you click Save Changes without having modified any of the editable fields, the portal shows a “No changes to save” notification and no update is sent. Only changes to Company Name, Address, or Phone trigger an actual save — the Email field is excluded from this check.
After saving, the portal confirms the update with a success notification. If you see an error instead, check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, contact HeyZack support.
