Activity logs: audit every action in the portal

Review a timestamped record of every user action in the portal — from logins and status changes to payout creation and team management events.

Activity Logs give you a complete, timestamped record of every action taken inside the Heyzack CRM. Every significant event — from a user logging in to a payout being created — is captured automatically, so you always have an accurate picture of what happened, when, and who was responsible.

Note

Only users with the Activity Logs permission can view this section.

What is logged

The portal records user-driven actions across all major areas of the system, including:

  • Logins — when a user signs in to the portal
  • Installations — when an installation is created or updated
  • Leads — when a lead's status or details change
  • Orders — when an order is placed
  • Payouts — when a payout record is created
  • User management — when users are added, updated, or removed

Browsing logs

Use the filter bar to narrow down the log list:

  • Search — type any text to match against the log description, user name, or entity type.
  • Severity — filter by Info, Success, Warning, or Error to focus on a specific class of event.
  • Entity — filter by entity type (for example, Installation, Payout, or User) to see only logs related to that part of the system.

Tip

Use the date-based search in combination with the entity filter to quickly narrow down when a specific change was made — for example, filtering by "Payout" and searching for a partner's name to see all payout activity for that partner on a given day.

Log entry fields

Each row in the activity log table contains the following fields:

FieldDescription
TimestampThe exact date and time the action occurred (displayed as MMM DD, YYYY HH:mm:ss)

SeverityThe outcome level of the action: Info, Success, Warning, or Error

Use cases

Compliance auditing

Verify that specific actions were taken at the right time and by the right person to satisfy internal or regulatory requirements.

Debugging unusual changes

When something looks wrong — a lead status that changed unexpectedly, a payout that was cancelled — trace it back to the exact action and user that caused it.

Tracking team activity

Get visibility into what your team is doing in the portal day to day, and confirm that processes are being followed correctly.

Investigating errors

Use the Error severity filter to surface failed actions and investigate what went wrong and when.
